Weitere Informationen

Home visiting has proven to be an effective tool in supporting children's school readiness, health, and socioemotional development. For newcomer, immigrant, and refugee families, home visiting can also offer integration-related supports, such as helping parents navigate unfamiliar early childhood, elementary and secondary education, health, and social service systems. This Toolkit provides guidance for preparing for and conducting home visits, and shares sample Home Visit Request & Scheduling Letters and Sample Home Visit Calling Scripts for Telephone Scheduling in Fóósun Chuuk (Chuukese), Kahs Kosrae (Kosraean), Kajin Aeloñ Kein (Marshallese), Tekoi er a Belau (Palauan), Mahsen en Pohnpei (Pohnpeian), Thin nu Waqab (Yapese), Chamorro, and English.
