International audience ; In diesem Artikel werden die Regelungen für die Vergabe von Unteraufträgen an Kleinstunternehmen untersucht, die in der informellen Wirtschaft in Ost-Java, Indonesien, tätig sind. Es wurde eine qualitative Studie durchgeführt, bei der mit Hilfe der Schneeballsystemtechnik die Angaben sowohl der formellen als auch der informellen Unternehmenseigentümer eingeholt wurden, die dann mit dem Ziel befragt wurden, ein tieferes Verständnis der Zulieferbeziehungen zu erlangen. Formelle Exportunternehmen vergeben Aufträge an Kleinstfamilienunternehmen auf dem Zuliefermarkt, um ihre Produktion zu optimieren. Unsere Studie unterstreicht die Tatsache, dass formelle und informelle Unternehmen in denselben Gemeinden ansässig sind. Die Zulieferbeziehungen beruhen daher auf Vertrauen und Zusammenarbeit, die der Schlüssel zur Minimierung der Produktionskosten sind. ; This article examines the subcontracting arrangements that apply to microenterprises operating in the informal economy in East Java, Indonesia. A qualitative study was carried out in which the snowball technique made it possible to obtain the details of both the formal and informal company owners, who were then interviewed with the purpose of gaining a deeper understanding of the subcontracting relations. Formal export companies outsource to micro family businesses in the subcontracting market as a way to optimise production. Our study highlights the fact that formal and informal companies are located in the same communities.
