Weitere Informationen
This Narrative-Based Impact Report documents the design, implementation, and socio-cultural impact of the "From Screen to Soul" Educational Film Program, conducted in Cianjur, West Java in 2016. Led by Bumi Manusia Foundation, this initiative pioneered a cultural edutainment approach, merging cinematic storytelling (featuring local documentary "Festival Kuda Kosong") with interactive learning methods like dream-writing workshops to empower and connect youth with their heritage and future aspirations. Addressing gaps in rural education's engagement with cultural identity and visual media, the program successfully reached over 1,150 participants, including students, teachers, and community members. The report provides a qualitative assessment of outcomes, highlighting the power of participatory learning, cross-sector collaboration, and its alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 (Quality Education), 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities - Heritage), and 17 (Partnerships). This documentation serves as a valuable resource for researchers, educators, practitioners, and policymakers interested in arts-integrated education, youth development, cultural preservation, and community-based social impact initiatives.
