This dataset contains integrated phenotypic, genotypic, and environmental data from 145 Cannabis sativa landrace accessions. Weekly morphological and physiological traits were recorded alongside genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) data. Environmental information includes temperature, summarized as growing degree days (GDD), day length, and photoperiod values relevant for floral transition (switch-off). The dataset is compiled in a single CSV file and is intended for further exploration.
