Treffer: Focusing on effective approach by enhancing accuracy by using agile methodology.

Project management plays a vital role in all industries and taking care of effective productivity with profitable outcome. In general, each industry have their own set of process and guidelines and execute the process. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) make the development team to design and build a new high quality software and which in turn minimize project risks and meets customer expectations. But few drawbacks were related to monitoring daily production and resources utilized and the progress. The tracking will be a challenging one. In this scenario, SDLC is very critical to get back the original step. The Agile methodology provides analysis, output, progress and the respective metrics. Each and every process / work can be monitored till the end of the phase. Sometimes when a issue or a bug identified in last stage (production phase) it may be considered as a bug and assigned in Product backlog.
