The present study aimed to explore the relationship between social intelligence and problem-solving strategies in light of certain personal and organizational variables. The analytical descriptive method was adopted, with a sample consisting of 144 male & female workers selected randomly. Data were analyzed using version 22 of the SPSS statistical program, & the results revealed the following: There is a correlational relationship between the behavioral attitude index of social intelligence & problem-solving strategies among the company's workers. There is a correlational relationship between the verbal behavioral attitude index and problem-solving strategies among the company's workers. There are no differences in problem-solving strategies attributable to gender. There are no differences in problem-solving strategies attributable to years of seniority. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
