This paper explores the processes, strategies, and technologies used to successfully connect diverse software systems to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Through an analysis of challenges such as platform compatibility, data security, and system scalability, best practices and techniques to overcome these obstacles are considered. Special emphasis is placed on the role of APIs (application programming interfaces) as key tools for integration, along with the research of methodologies for their efficient implementation and change management. Through this research, the goal is to identify key success factors and provide guidance for organizations seeking to optimize their information resources through software system integration.
