In light of the prevailing challenges encountered in multi-gateway wireless medical sensor networks, this paper put forward a lightweight anonymous authentication protocol for such networks. The challenges under discussion include, but are not limited, high computational costs for cross-domain authentication, high communication costs, limited resources, and vulnerability of wireless medical sensors. The protocol employed the physical unclonable function (PUF) to facilitate secure authentication and key agreement between medical experts via the primary gateway, external gateway and wireless medical sensor nodes. Through the utilisation of the ROR Oracle model, the Proverif protocol analysis tool, and non-formal analysis, it demonstrated that this protocol achieves mutual authentication and session key agreement between medical specialists and wireless medical sensors, and was resistant to common attacks with good security properties. A comparison with the authentication protocols proposed in recent years shows that the proposed protocol has the lowest computational costs and outperforms other protocols by more than 11.79%. Furthermore, the comparison reveals that the proposed protocol exhibits more comprehensive security attributes and good lightweight characteristics, rendering it well-suited for resource-constrained wireless medical sensor networks. 针对当前多网关无线医疗传感器网络跨域认证计算开销大、通信成本高以及无线医疗传感器资源受限、易受攻击等问题, 提出了一种面向多网关无线医疗传感器网络的轻量级匿名认证协议。该协议利用物理不可克隆函数 (physical unclonable function, PUF), 实现了医疗专家通过主网关、外部网关与无线医疗传感器节点之间安全的身份认证和密钥协商。通过 ROR Oracle 模型、Proverif 协议分析工具以及非形式化分析, 证明了该协议实现了医疗专家与无线医疗传感器之间的双向认证与会话密钥协商, 并且可抵抗常见攻击, 具有良好的安全属性。与近几年提出的认证协议对比表明, 该协议计算开销最低, 优于其他协议 11.79% 以上。同时, 对比表明, 该协议具备更加全面的安全属性和良好的轻量级特性, 适用于资源受限的无线医疗传感器网络。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
